Balancing Your Hormones 101:

If the last time you formally learned about your body was in 6th grade health class, you’re due for a review. Learn all about how your body actually works so that you can nourish yourself and use food to regulate your cycle, optimize your fertility, and feel like your best self. 

  • Lesson 1: Balancing Blood Sugar & Insulin

  • Lesson 3: Reducing Inflammation

  • Lesson 4: Balancing Estrogen: The Link Between Your Metabolic and Reproductive Systems

When? Sundays, 8:00 pm Israel Time, 1:00 pm EST

June 20th, June 27th, July 4th, July 11th

Where? All lessons will take place on zoom.

How much? 250 NIS / 75 USD for the whole course.

What if I can't make all the sessions?

Sessions will be recorded and available for viewing for the duration of the course. You will also receive PDF files with the course content.
