And even though the only reason I ever gave up my daily Ben & Jerry's indulgence was to try and get pregnant, I realized that taking care of my health and hormones gave me the benefit of something even greater than fertility: I truly started loving my body and my life even more when I learned the true meaning of health. Waking up every day with energy that lasts all day, feeling truly full and satisfied after meals, and just feeling so loving, connected, and aligned with my body has been the greatest gift I didn't even know I needed. 

As I learned more and more about nutrition and firsthand saw my own, and then my clients' incredible transformations, I knew I had to teach as many women as possible how to feel this great in their bodies. Enter The Balance Your Hormones 101 Group Course. It's the course I wish I had taken 10 years ago but it's never too late to learn how to nourish your body.

Hi! I'm Lauren. Former sugar addict and cookie-baking queen, PCOS and diabetes warrior, and now a nutrition coach who helps women feel like absolute rockstars in their body by harnessing the power of food as medicine.

My health journey began when I was struggling to get pregnant and our infertility doctor told me I wouldn't be able to conceive without fertility treatments. Heartbroken, I turned to diet and lifestyle changes as I waited to begin treatments and in the process my irregular periods became regular, my eczema disappeared, my anxiety became a thing of the past, and I got pregnant naturally with my now 1-year old daughter!
