Our modern, non-stop schedules and diets based on convenience take a toll on our bodies in all sorts of ways. Headaches, stomach pains, fatigue, excessive weight gain, and hormonal imbalances are just a few of the byproducts. How do we go about fixing this? Every body is different- we can't all follow the same general health guidelines. In my one-on-one nutrition coaching program, we work together to create a custom plan for your goals based on your individual lifestyle, schedule, and food preferences, in order for you to achieve your goals and become your healthiest, happiest self.

How it works:

Session 1

Dietary and Lifestyle Evaluation

This is a 60-75 minute session where we lay the foundation for our coaching framework. We'll take a deep dive into your current health and lifestyle habits, your medical history, your family's health history, your existing knowledge of nutritional information, and evaluate your most recent lab work. We will discuss your vision for your health and strategize the best way to work towards that vision through realistic, achievable weekly goals.

Nutrition Plan

This is a 60-75 minute session where you'll received a detailed plan for how to eat to best support your specific health goals. You will NOT receive a rigid, restrictive diet plan. Instead, you will learn how to approach building a healthy meal by focusing on adding specific nutrients to your plate and learning what proportions of nutrients will support your goals. You'll receive a completely customized meal and lifestyle plan with recipes and snacks tailored to your preferences and lifestyle. This will be the roadmap that will help you achieve your health vision by outlining the steps you'll take to get there.

Session 3

and beyond

Follow up & Accountability Sessions

These are 30-45 minute sessions where we evaluate how the plan is going, confront challenges, and celebrate successes. Depending on the week, sessions may include a deeper dive into a specific nutrition topic, strategies on how to build healthy habits, behavior change, healthy cooking techniques, emotional eating exercises, and more.

What's Included?

  • 45 minute coaching session (all sessions are virtual now due to Covid-19).

  • Weekly goal roadmap

  • Specific nutrition topic handouts

  • Unlimited support- access to me with any questions or challenges that come up in between sessions.

How does working with you work?

I currently offer two packages for one-on-one coaching:

How do I know if nutritional coaching is right for me?

Almost everyone can benefit from professional nutritional guidance! This program is NOT for you if you are looking for a quick fix to lose weight or if you're not interested in investing time and effort into building a healthier lifestyle. This program is also not for individuals who are currently suffering from an eating disorder. If you are currently suffering from an eating disorder, please seek professional guidance from someone who specializes in treatment of eating disorders.

How do I know which program is right for me?

In general, if you are a person who does well with external accountability and you're looking to make a major change in your health, the Total Transformation program will be best for you. If you're someone who is pretty good at sticking to plans and achieving your goals once you get the proper instruction, the Jumpstart Your Health program can be a good fit for you. During your free 15-minute consultation we can discuss which program will be a better fit for you depending on your goals.

What types of people do you work with?

I specialize in women's hormonal health but I do work with men and women who have a variety of health goals! Most of my clients are looking for help with one or more of the following: healing hormonal imbalances, managing symptoms such as irregular periods, irregular or anovulation, improving insulin sensitivity and managing blood sugar, losing weight, or establishing routines around preparing healthy meals. I do not work with people under the age of 18 or people who are currently suffering from an eating disorder. If you are currently suffering from an eating disorder, please seek out a professional care provider who specializes in and has experience with treating eating disorders.

What kind of results can I expect from your program?

While nothing is guaranteed, here are some results from clients who have completed my program:

What is your philosophy towards nutrition and dieting?

I try my best to have zero opinions when it comes to nutrition and base all my recommendations off of the lates nutritional research. Both from research and from my own clinical experience, it's clear that different diets work for different people. For example, one person can thrive on a vegetarian diet while someone else might suffer from nutrient deficiencies on the same diet because their body can't absorb plant-based forms of minerals as easily. My general recommendation is always to eat as many real, whole foods as possible and to try to reserve sugary, processed foods for once in a while. I work with every client to create a customized plan to help them achieve their goals based on their specific symptoms, lifestyle, and taste preferences. 

What is the price for the program?

During your free 15-minute consultation I'll explain the pricing and payment plans for each program. 

Do you offer single sessions?

I do not offer single sessions. Consistency over time is required in order to make lasting changes, so I work with clients for a minimum of 8 sessions. Single sessions are only offered to clients who have already completed the one of the above programs and want additional follow-up sessions. 

What is not included in the program?

I don't refer you for lab tests or diagnose health conditions in my program. I can however advise you on how to speak to your  primary care provider if lab testing or further evaluations are relevant.  

Do you take insurance?

At this time I do not accept insurance.
